INDIAN GAP RANCH
This scenic Hill Country ranch is located in
southern Edwards County, southwest of the county seat
Rocksprings.
Average
annual rainfall is 21.19 inches with a 250 day growing season.
The climate is comfortable year 'round, with January's
average low temperature 38 degrees and July's average high 94.
Edwards County is located on a mesa at an altitude
exceeding 2,500 feet which lends itself to dry, clean air and a
constant breeze. The area is noted for its comfortable
climate.
Spectacular beauty abounds along the canyons and
atop the plateaus of Indian Gap Ranch. The hills and
canyons, highlighted by an abundance of oak and pinon pine
trees, provide a natural, breathtaking view.

recognized as one of the top destinations to hunt in Texas!
Indian Gap Ranch has a large population of native
Whitetail deer and other abundant native game species include
Rio Grande Turkey and Javelina. And hunting isn't limited
to native game, as the ranch has various types of exotic
game animals from around the world including Axis deer, Sika
deer, Fallow deer, Mouflon Sheep and Russian boar/Feral hog
crosses.

Owner financing is available for all tracts
offered for sale. Interest rates will vary according to the down
payment, term of the note can vary with a maximum term of twenty
(20) years. Qualified Texas Veterans can use financing provided
by the Texas Veterans Land Board. This loan program is a benefit
